Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Welcome to ARLUMA Sports. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchases, reservations, deposits, payment plans, tours, events, training experiences, and related services offered by ARLUMA Sports (“ARLUMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our website, placing an order, reserving a spot, submitting a form, or participating in an ARLUMA Sports experience, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ARLUMA Sports

ARLUMA Sports offers football/soccer-related experiences, including international soccer experiences, sports tours, events, training programs, match experiences, cultural activities, and related services.

Our experiences may include, depending on the product purchased:

  • Hotel accommodations
  • Meals
  • Ground transportation
  • Training sessions
  • Friendly matches
  • Stadium visits
  • Cultural tours
  • Event tickets
  • Group support
  • Uniforms or training apparel, when specifically included
  • Other activities described on the product or landing page

Each experience may have different inclusions, dates, prices, and conditions. Please review the specific product page before purchasing.

2. Eligibility and Minors

Some ARLUMA Sports experiences are designed for young players, including participants between 12 and 18 years old.

If the participant is a minor, the reservation must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. By purchasing or reserving a spot for a minor, you confirm that you have the legal authority to provide the participant’s information and authorize participation in the experience.

ARLUMA may request additional forms, waivers, emergency contact information, medical information, travel details, and other documentation before the experience.

3. Reservations, Deposits, and Payment Options

Certain experiences may offer different payment options, including:

Pay in Full

You may pay the full price of the experience at the time of purchase.

Reserve with Deposit

You may reserve a spot by paying an initial deposit. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated on the product page, by email, or by ARLUMA Sports directly.

For example, some experiences may allow you to reserve with $50 USD and pay the remaining balance in scheduled payments.

Deposits secure your spot but do not eliminate the obligation to pay the remaining balance unless otherwise stated in writing by ARLUMA Sports.

4. Remaining Balance and Payment Schedule

If you select a deposit or payment plan option, you agree to pay the remaining balance according to the schedule provided.

Failure to complete payments on time may result in:

  • Loss of reserved spot
  • Cancellation of participation
  • Loss of deposit or prior payments
  • Additional administrative fees, when applicable

ARLUMA Sports may contact you by email, phone, or messaging platforms to coordinate pending payments.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on the experience, availability, included services, exchange rates, supplier costs, and promotional offers.

ARLUMA Sports reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or modify offers before a reservation is confirmed.

6. What Is Included

Each product page will describe what is included in the specific experience.

ARLUMA Sports is not responsible if a participant cannot travel due to missing, expired, denied, or incorrect travel documents.

For international experiences, parents or guardians are responsible for confirming all travel requirements before booking.

10. Health, Safety, and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions, staff guidance, hotel rules, transportation rules, training facility rules, stadium rules, and local laws.

You must inform ARLUMA Sports of any relevant medical condition, allergy, injury, medication, or special requirement before the experience.

ARLUMA Sports strongly recommends purchasing travel and medical insurance for all travel experiences.

ARLUMA Sports is not responsible for medical expenses, injuries, illnesses, accidents, or emergencies except where required by applicable law.

12. Changes to Itinerary or Activities

ARLUMA Sports works to deliver the experience as described. However, itineraries, training times, match schedules, stadium visits, cultural tours, transportation schedules, and activities may change due to:

  • Weather
  • Venue availability
  • Club schedules
  • Match schedule changes
  • Supplier changes
  • Safety issues
  • Travel disruptions
  • Force majeure events
  • Operational needs

ARLUMA Sports may replace an activity with a comparable alternative when necessary.

13. Club Participation and Training Sessions

When an experience includes training with clubs, academies, coaches, or training facilities, those activities are subject to final scheduling, availability, and operational coordination.

If a listed club, facility, coach, or activity becomes unavailable due to reasons outside ARLUMA Sports’ control, ARLUMA may provide a similar replacement experience when possible.

14. Tickets and Events

When an experience includes a match ticket or event ticket, the ticket is valid only for the specific event included in the package.

Event schedules, venues, opponents, times, and access rules may change due to decisions by leagues, clubs, stadiums, organizers, broadcasters, or authorities.

ARLUMA Sports is not responsible for changes made by event organizers, clubs, leagues, venues, or third parties.

15. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the experience.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Payments may be non-refundable once supplier costs have been committed
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to provide required documents
  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of an experience
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing

If ARLUMA Sports cancels an experience, we may offer a refund, credit, or alternative date, depending on the situation and supplier policies.

16. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If you need to cancel, you must contact ARLUMA Sports as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the contact email listed on this website.

Refund eligibility will depend on:

  • Date of cancellation
  • Supplier commitments
  • Hotel, ticket, transportation, and training facility costs
  • Administrative costs
  • Terms listed on the specific product page

ARLUMA Sports does not store full credit card information on its own servers. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers according to their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies.
